One month's rent is not the same as four week's rent. A four-weeks period is 28 days whereas a month has, on average, 30.42 days. (A year of 365 days divided into 12 months). Seven months in the year have 31 days, four have 30 days and one has 28 days or 29 every 4 years.
In the same vein, a year is more than 52 weeks. Indeed, it is 1 day over and 2 days extra in a leap year. That explains why, in a non-leap-year, the same date in a following year, is one day further on in the week. In a leap year, if the date falls on or before 28th. February, the same date the following year will be 2 days later in the week.
For example, if Christmas was on a Saturday in 2010 it will be on a Sunday in 2011. But if 1st. February,2012 is a Wednesday, it will be on a Friday on 1st. February,2013.
